Call Recording Policy

StreamSetupPro may record calls for quality assurance and training. This page explains your rights.

1. Why We Record Calls

• Quality assurance and service improvement
• Staff training and evaluation
• Accuracy of setup instructions provided
• Documentation of service sessions

2. Notice of Recording

Callers are informed at the beginning of any recorded call. By continuing after this notice you consent to recording. If you do not consent please inform our specialist at the start of the call and we will accommodate your request.

3. All-Party Consent States

The following states require all-party consent: California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington. We obtain explicit consent in these states before recording begins.

4. Storage and Retention

• Recordings stored securely on encrypted servers
• Access limited to authorized StreamSetupPro personnel only
• Not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law
• Retained for up to 12 months then securely deleted

5. Your Rights
